The banquet-style menu is for sharing. Prawn wontons. Lamb pancakes. Tea-smoked duck. Fishes drowned in chillies. Dishes arrive like a parade, captivating and colourful. Pair them with the Zodiac cocktail collection: twelve creations inspired by the Chinese zodiac, or a rare selection of Baijiu. Eat and drink like emperors and empresses, infinitely impressed with service that knows the food’s history deeply and respects it accordingly.
