What is Hunter Street Hospitality Rewards?
Hunter Street Hospitality Rewards is our complimentary member program – a way for us to welcome you more deeply across every Hunter Street Hospitality brand. As a member, you have access to exclusive menus, birthday dining credit, and curated experiences at our restaurants and bars.
Who can join?
Membership is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
How do I join?
Join online by creating an account with your name, email, mobile number and birth date. It only takes a moment. You will be asked to verify your mobile and email. Simply click the Join Rewards link at the top of this page
How do I log in or update my details?
Log in to your account using your email address or mobile number. There are no passwords to remember. We’ll send you a one-time code to securely access your account.
How do I get my digital membership card?
A link to download a digital membership card is included in your membership confirmation email when you join, ready to add to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
You can also log in to your account to download it again at any time by clicking Member Sign In at the top of this page.
Using your membership
How do I use my membership when making a reservation?
Book using the same name, email and mobile linked to your Hunter Street Rewards account.
This will help our team recognise you when you arrive.
What if I walk in without a reservation?
You’re always welcome, subject to table availability. Show your digital membership card to the front desk when you arrive. The team will add your membership details to your table.
How do I access member menus or member experiences?
Simply make a reservation using your member details — the same name, email and mobile number. Or if you are walking into a venue, just show your digital membership card when you arrive. Our team will let you know what member menus or experiences are available at that venue.
Do all benefits apply at every venue?
Dining credits can be used across Hunter Street Hospitality venues.
Other benefits, including member menus, early week dining, and special experiences, intentionally vary by venue and change from time to time. All menus are subject to change and availability.

What are member exclusive menus?
Member-exclusive menus are special dining experiences created for Hunter Street Rewards members. They may include exclusive menus, off-menu dishes, seasonal specials, or curated dining moments.

What are early week dining experiences?
Early week dining experiences give members more reasons to gather earlier in the week. They may include set menus, chef’s specials, curated combinations or other venue-led offers.

Will members get early access to events?
From time to time, members may receive early access to selected events, key dates or special dining experiences before they are released more widely.
Dining credits
What is a Dining Credit?
From time to time, Hunter Street Rewards members may receive a promotional Dining Credit to enjoy at Hunter Street Hospitality venues.
Unless otherwise specified, Dining Credits can be used towards eligible dine-in food purchases at participating Hunter Street Hospitality venue, with one Dining Credit available per table, per visit. Dining Credits are personal to your membership and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or used through me&u ordering. You may not use more than one Dining Credit at a time.
How do I know if I have a dining credit?
We will email you any applicable Dining Credit as a digital voucher. You simply show the voucher to the front desk of the venue, and they will apply the Dining Credit to your table.
How do I use a dining credit?
Tell the front desk when you arrive that you would like to use your Dining Credit. You simply present the digital voucher to the front desk of the venue, and they will apply the Dining Credit to your table.
The Dining Credit will be deducted from your bill at the end of your meal.
Welcome Dining Credit
What is the Welcome Dining Credit?
The $25 Welcome Dining Credit is available to new members who join between 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 Hunter Street Rewards.
The Welcome Dining Credit is:
- Valid for dine-in food purchases at all Hunter Street Hospitality venues
- Valid for 3 months from the date it is issued
- Limited to one Dining Credit per table, per visit
- Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other Dining Credit
- Single-use only and may only be applied to one transaction
- Not available for use on orders placed via the me&u app
How will I receive my Welcome Dining Credit?
To receive the Welcome Dining Credit, you must have provided a valid email address.
Your Welcome Dining Credit will be emailed to you within 7 days of joining. The expiry date will be shown on your digital voucher.
How do I redeem my Welcome Dining Credit?
To redeem your Welcome Dining Credit, present your Welcome Dining Credit voucher to the front desk on arrival at the venue, and they will apply it to your bill for that visit.
The Welcome Dining Credit voucher will not be replaced or extended if unused, deleted, lost or expired.
I haven't received my Welcome Dining Credit
Please allow up to 7 days from joining for your Welcome Dining Credit to arrive. Check your junk or spam folder, and confirm that the email address in your account profile is correct.

Birthday Dining Credit
What is the Birthday Dining Credit?
Members are eligible to receive a $25 Birthday Dining Credit, which can be used on any single dining visit during their birthday month.
The $25 Birthday Dining Credit is:
- Valid for dine-in food purchases at all Hunter Street Hospitality venues
- Limited to one Dining Credit per table, per visit
- Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other Dining Credit
- Single-use only and may only be applied to one transaction during the member’s birthday month
- Not available for use on orders placed via the me&u app
Who is eligible for a Birthday Dining Credit?
To be eligible, you must have been a member of Hunter Street Rewards at least 7 days prior to the commencement of your birthday month.
If you join the Hunter Street Rewards after that time, including during your birthday month, you will become eligible for the Birthday Dining Credit from the following year.
How will I receive my Birthday Dining Credit?
To receive the Birthday Dining Credit, you must have provided a valid email address.
Your Birthday Dining Credit will be emailed to you on the commencement of your Birthday Month.
How do I redeem my Birthday Dining Credit?
To redeem your Birthday Dining Credit, you need to present your Birthday Dining Credit voucher to the front desk on arrival to the venue, and they will apply the Birthday Dining Credit to your bill for that visit.
The Birthday Dining Credit voucher will not be replaced or extended if unused, deleted, lost or expired.
