The experience opens with a refined seasonal starter of woodfire Wagyu intercostals with burnt celeriac and miso, setting the tone for the two hero cuts that define the menu.
Guests will enjoy a richly marbled Stone Axe Wagyu Topside MB9+ aged in beef tallow and a Cape Grim Black Angus Prime Rib MB4+ cooked over the woodfire, served with classic sides designed to elevate the flavour of each cut. Our signature Hot Fudge Chocolate Sundae brings the menu to the perfect close.
