Each course draws influence from a different Latin American cuisine, culminating in a Colombian-inspired main that honours chef Santiago’s heritage.
Available exclusively at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, the menu is thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of beverages to complement each course.
